Terms & Conditions

Freelancers are required to pay an annual subscription fee of ₹12,000 to access Data Bazaar’s services.

This subscription provides full access to projects, training, and platform support for one year.

Clients purchasing data are required to make full payment before the data is released.

Purchased data is non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties without explicit permission from Data Bazaar.

All submitted work must meet the quality standards outlined in the project guidelines.

Data Bazaar reserves the right to reject any work that does not meet the necessary quality requirements.

Freelancers: Payments for completed projects will be credited to your Data Bazaar wallet. Earnings can be transferred to your bank account via our one-click transfer system.

Clients (Database Buyers): Payment for data purchases must be made upfront. Data will only be released after payment confirmation.

Freelancers: You must not engage in fraudulent activities or unethical behavior while using the platform.

Clients: Data must be used strictly for legitimate business purposes. Unethical use of data or any misuse will lead to termination of services and legal action.

Data Bazaar has the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating the terms of service.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients purchasing data agree that their personal and business information will also be protected under the same policy.

Data Bazaar reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes.
