Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt via email.
Freelancers' access to the platform and clients' access to purchased data will be activated immediately after payment is processed.
Freelancers can earn a ₹1,000 monthly cashback by logging 100 active hours on the platform.
Cashback will be credited to your Data Bazaar wallet at the end of each month.
Freelancers: The ₹12,000 annual subscription fee is non-refundable once paid. The cashback system allows freelancers to reclaim the full fee over the year through active participation.
Clients: Refunds for data purchases will not be issued once the data has been delivered, except in cases where there has been an error or technical issue with the data provided.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent access to the platform for freelancers or faulty data provided to clients. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Freelancers can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
In case of payment disputes, clients and freelancers are encouraged to contact our customer support team for resolution.
